Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, we have an easy-to-understand refund policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase (minus the cost of return shipping).
If you change your mind about your purchase, we understand! You may return your item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and shipping charges are non-refundable. After 30 days, we are unable to issue a store credit or offer an exchange.
In the rare event that your order is lost or stolen during shipping, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
